Ingredients

    • Chicken½ KG
    • Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp
    • Lemon Juice2 tbsp
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black Pepper1 tsp
    • Tandoori Masala2 tbsp
    • Red Chili Powder1 tsp
    • Oil½ cup
    • Onions1 cup
    • Cucumber1 cup
    • Green Chilies2 – 3
    • Mint Leaves¾ cups
    • Coriander¾ cups
    • Cumin Seeds½ tsp
    • Chaat Masala1 tsp
    • Red Chili Powder½ tsp
    • SaltTo taste
    • Mozzarella Cheese200 grams
    • BreadAs required
    • Eggs3

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, tandoori masala and red chili powder. Mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
  • In a frying pan, add oil and then add the marinated chicken.
  • Shred the chicken in the frying pan by using two forks.
  • Let the chicken cook for a minute.
  • In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, cucumbers, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander, cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  • Add shredded chicken to the mixture and mix well.
  • Take a slice of bread and add a generous helping of the mixture on top. Add another slice of bread on top.
  • Press the sandwich with a plate to seal the bread.
  • Coat the sandwich properly with the beaten eggs.
  • Grease pan with oil.
  • Let each side cook for 1-2 minutes.
