Tikka pieces½ kilogram
Red chilli powder1 tablespoon
Deghi chilli powder1 tablespoon
Ground cumin1 tablespoon
Ground turmeric1 tablespoon
Garam masala½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic, paste2 tablespoon
Yogurt1 cup
Food color½ teaspoon
Oil2-3 tablespoon
Butter for frying
Preparation
Make vertical cuts into the tikka pieces.
Combine chicken, red chilli powder, deghi chilli powder, ground cumin, ground turmeric, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, and food color, mix well, add oil and mix until the chicken is well-coated.
Let it marinate for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
Blend garlic cloves, green chilies, coriander leaves, white vinegar, water, onion paste, salt and lemon juice into a chutney.
In a frying pan heat butter and oil, and fry the marinated pieces until brown.
