Ingredients

    • Oil2 – 3 tablespoon
    • Cumin Seeds1 teaspoon
    • Curry Leaves3 – 4
    • Tomatoes2 – 3, diced
    • Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
    • Green Chillies1 – 2, chopped
    • SaltTo taste
    • Garam Masala1 tablespoon
    • Cashews7 – 8
    • Cottage Cheese150 grams, cubed
    • Capsicum2 – 3, chopped
    • CorianderFor garnish

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a large pot, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes and mix well for five minutes.
  • Next add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chili and mix well.
  • On a low flame, add garam masala, cashews, cottage cheese, and chopped capsicum and mix it well.
  • Cover the lid and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add coriander leaves for garnish and serve.
