Perfectly combining the fragrance of ginger with the taste of chicken and fusing it with the flavors of traditional South Asian spices, this dish packs a punch. Served with naan or tandoori roti, Ginger Chicken is sure to brighten up any table with its vibrant colors and mouthwatering aroma

 

Ingredients

    • Chicken boneless, cubes1 KG
    • White pepper1 tablespoon
    • Black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Soy sauce1 tablespoon
    • Ginger paste1 tablespoon
    • Garlic paste1 tablespoon
    • Vinegar1 tablespoon
    • Oil3 – 4 tablespoons
    • Tomatoes, diced4 - 5
    • Fresh coriander, choppedfor garnish
    • Ginger, julienne1 piece

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with white pepper, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, vinegar, mix well AND MARINATE FOR 1 HOUR.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, stir, cover the lid and steam for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soften.
  • Add the marinated chicken, mix, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with julienned ginger and chopped coriander.
