  • Take all-purpose flour and mix it with oil.
  • Then kneed the mixture, grease your hands with some oil and make small flour balls according to your preference.
  • Grease you hand with some oil and start making puriyan with the rolling pin.
  • Once the puri is made, deep fry it on oil.
