All-Purpose Flour2 cups
Sugar2 tablespoons
Baking Powder1 teaspoon
SaltA Pinch
Milk1 cup
Egg1
Oil¼ cup
ButterFor frying
Preparation
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients together, and while mixing make a well in the center.
Then add milk, egg and oil. Mix until well combined.
In a pan, add butter then add half cup of batter in the center, and let it cook on medium heat.
When you see bubbles on the top of the pancake, flip it and cook it for a minute or two.
