Ingredients

    • All-Purpose Flour2 cups
    • Sugar2 tablespoons
    • Baking Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltA Pinch
    • Milk1 cup
    • Egg1
    • Oil¼ cup
    • ButterFor frying

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients together, and while mixing make a well in the center.
  • Then add milk, egg and oil. Mix until well combined.
  • In a pan, add butter then add half cup of batter in the center, and let it cook on medium heat.
  • When you see bubbles on the top of the pancake, flip it and cook it for a minute or two.
