Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds1 teaspoon
Cloves½ teaspoon
Yellow Mustard Seeds½ teaspoon
Cardamom5 – 6
Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
WaterAs required
Cinnamon1 stick
Onion1, sliced
Mutton½ KG
Oil4 – 5 tablespoon
Onions3 – 4, sliced

Preparation
In a blender add red chilli powder, cumin seeds, cloves, yellow mustard seeds, cardamom, garlic paste, ginger paste, water and blend it all together.
Then add cinnamon stick, sliced onion, add water if needed and blend again until it forms a paste like structure.
In a mixing bowl add mutton and pour the blended masala over it and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
In a wok add oil and saute the onions until they turn brown.
Add marinated mutton, salt and mix well.
Add water and mix well and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until meat becomes tender.
Garnish with coriander.
