Oil2 tablespoons
Onion1, finely chopped
Chicken Boneless500 grams
Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder½ teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Coriander¼ bunch
Carrots1, cubed
Vinegar½ teaspoon
Capsicum½, chopped
BreadAs required
Mozzarella CheeseAs required

Preparation
Add oil in a pan and wait for it to heat up. Then add finely chopped onion in it and fry it till its brown.
Add chicken and mix well for two minutes.
Then add chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, garlic paste, coriander and mix well for a minute.
Next, add finely chopped carrots and mix well. Now add vinegar, chopped capsicum and mix again for a minute. Once its done, take it off the stove.
Now take some bread and use a plastic mold to cut the bread. Take a smaller one to form a different shape.
Put the two pieces on top of each other and put it on a baking tray.
Stuff the prepared gravy between the bread, add some mozzarella, olives, chili flakes and brush coriander oil around the bread.
Sprinkle some oregano and bake the bread for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
