A classic Eid recipe, sheer khorma, updated to include our favorite fruit of the season, mangoes! This unique and delicious recipe is the perfect dish for a summer Eid gathering.

Ingredients
Mango, Cubed1
Water1 tablespoon
Ghee1 cup
Vermicelli¾ cup
Milk1 litre
Sugar6 tablespoon
Cardamom Powder1 teaspoon
Mango Pulp1 cup
Pistachio2 tablespoons
Almonds2 tablespoons
Preparation
In a blender add mango chunks with 1 small cup of water until turns into a smooth paste.
Heat some ghee and then roast the vermicelli and once color changes add milk to it and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes, keep stirring in the middle.
Add sugar, mix well and bring it to a boil.
Add cardamom powder and stir. Then add mango pulp and mix.
Garnish it with almond and pistachio.
