Maash daal halwa is a treat to your sweet tooth. It is a mouth-watering halwa prepared with soaked white lentils and dry fruits. It is usually served on special occasions and tastes delicious.

Ingredients
White lentils, soaked½ kilo
Water1 litre
Ghee1 cup
Cardamom powder1 teaspoon
Sugar1 cup
Milk2–3 tablespoons
Pistachio, crushed1 tablespoon
Almonds, crushed1 tablespoon
Preparation
To boil the lentils heat water in a medium pot, add soaked lentils, boil until it is completely cooked.
Now blend the cooked lentils into a smooth paste.
In a wok, heat oil, add the blended lentil and stir well.
Then add the milk and stir. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Then add the sugar, stir until dissolve or till the Halwa leaves the base of the wok.
Now add the crushed pistachio, almonds and fold the Halwa
