Bohra Fried Fish

A unique and delicious take on fried fish. This recipe is a specialty of Karachi's Bohra Community. It is different from regular fried fish, and is quite similar to a croquette. It is usually served as a delightful appetizer or snack at Family dinners and Parties.

pangasius is a tasteless, third class cheap fish, please do not use this fish or mention in your recipes, punjab food had also banned it. you can use any other good quality of sea, river or farm fish instead of pang
