Shikanji is a popular drink in Pakistan and India and is made slightly differently in other countries. While the sub-continental recipe usually incorporates black salt and mint, various other country recipes do not have them. Ingredients

    • Water2 Cup
    • Sugar2 Tablespoon
    • Lemon juice1/3 Cup
    • Mint leavesTo Garnish
    • Lemon slicesTo Garnish

Preparation

  • Take a blender and pour 2 cups of water into it.
  • Add in sugar and lemon juice, and blend well.
  • Decorate the rim of the serving glass with sugar.
  • Add ice and lemon slices in the glass, and pour the prepared shikanjabeen.
  • Garnish with mint, and serve cold.
  • Enjoy!
