Ingredients
Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
Yogurt1 cup
Cream½ cup
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Green Chilli Paste1 teaspoon
Vinger1 teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
Oil3 – 4 tablespoon
Onions1 -2, sliced
Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Green Chillies1 – 2, chopped
Coriander½ bunch
Preparation
In a mxing bowl add chicken, cumin powder, yoghurt, cream, coriander powder, green chilli paste, vinegar, salt, garlic paste, ginger paste.
Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In a heated pan, add oil and onion and fry them until they are brown.
Add marinated chicken in the pan and mix well.
Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and mix well for a minute.
Add green chilli and coriander for garnishing.
