A delicious rich and creamy chicken curry popular across the subcontinent. Serve with various types of naan, thinly rolled chapati, or steaming rice- this dish can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
In a pot add oil, chicken, ginger-garlic paste and mix.
Then add onion paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Then add in mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and mix well.
Pour in yogurt and give it a mix, until it mixes with the gravy.
Then add green chillies and kalonji. Garnish with coriander.
