Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups

    • Oil2 – 3, tbsp
    • Onion1 Large, chopped
    • Garlic3 – 4, chopped
    • Chicken Mince350 grams
    • Tomatoes2 – 3, finely chopped
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black PepperTo taste
    • Chili Flakes½ tsp
    • Chicken Powder½ tsp
    • Tomato Puree½ cup
    • Pizza Sauce3 – 4, tbsp
    • Dried Oregano½ tsp
    • Oil1 tbsp
    • Butter1 tbsp
    • Milk1 cup
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black PepperTo taste
    • Cheddar Cheese½ cup
    • Mozzarella Cheese½ cup


  • To prepare filling, take oil in a pan, add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
  • Now add chicken mince and cook until it changes color.
  • Add tomatoes and mix well.
  • Put in salt, black pepper, chili flakes, chicken powder and stir.
  • Now add tomato puree, pizza sauce and oregano. Combine everything together.
  • For white sauce, pour oil in a pan.
  • Add butter, all purpose flour and whisk for a minute.
  • Add milk gradually with continuous stirring.
  • Add salt, black pepper and let it cook for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Put in shredded cheddar cheese, mozarella cheese and whisk to combine them well.
  • For assembling, place boiled lasagna sheets on a plate and spread white sauce.
  • Add the prepared mince filling.
  • Roll them from end to the other to make roll-ups.
  • Take an oven-proof dish and layer some of the remaining filling and cheese sauce.
  • Place the lasagna roll-ups in the dish.
  • Top with more mince mixture.
  • Sprinkle generous amount of grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes .
