Chicken Farcha, originally a Parsi dish, is usually prepared at the time of their religious festival Nowruz. It is fried chicken, marinated in traditional spices. It's best served hot, with a dip of your own choice.

Chicken4 Drumsticks
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Garam Masala1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
Vinegar1 teaspoon
Eggs, Beaten2
Green Chillies, Chopped1 teaspoon
Bread CrumbsAs required
OilFor frying
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add chicken drumsticks, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, vinegar and mix well.
Take two eggs in bowl. Add chopped green chillies, salt, black pepper. Repeat the process with the bread crumbs excluding the green chillies and mix.
Now dip the drumsticks into the beaten eggs and roll over bread crumbs.
Deep fry the drumsticks until they turn brown. Take them out on a tissue paper to soak the excess oil when they are done.
