Chicken Cheese Sandwich

This simple chicken sandwich recipe is ideal for your kids’ back-to-school lunches. It is made even more delicious with an addition of cheese that changes the overall taste of a simple sandwich. If you’re not in the mood to cook a whole meal, this sandwich can easily be made from the ingredients already present in your fridge. Ingredients

    • Oil½ cup
    • Onions1 cup, chopped
    • Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp
    • Green Chilies3 – 4, chopped
    • Chicken Boneless½ KG
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black PepperTo taste
    • Cumin Powder1 tsp
    • Coriander Powder1 tsp
    • Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
    • Coriander½ bunch
    • Bread SlicesAs required

Preparation

  • Place a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Then add sliced onion and saute the onion until translucent.
  • Add garlic ginger and chopped green chilies, give it a stir. Then add in the chicken and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add salt, pepper, cumin and coriander powder. Mix everything well. Now cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
  • Switch off the heat and let it cool a little about 3-4 minutes. Then add in the mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander. Mix until combined. Simmer for 05 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken using forks. And let it cool for a while.
  • Spoon the mixture over a slice of bread, cover it with another slice and press down.
