Bhel puri is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, tart and spicy flavors, as well as a world of textures from the crispy puffed rice and crunchy fried sev.

 

Ingredients

    • Potato, boiled2
    • Chickpeas, Boiled1 Cup
    • Sev1 Cup
    • Peanuts Roasted1 Cup
    • Split Chickpeas, Roasted1 Cup
    • Onion1, Finely Chopped
    • Tomato1, Chopped
    • Date Chatni3 tablespoon
    • Green Chatni3 tablespoon
    • Puffed rice1 cup
    • Tamarind Chutney3 tablespoon
    • Lemon1
    • PapdiAs required
    • SaltTo taste
    • Chat Masala1 tablespoon
    • Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
    • Green chilliesFor garnish
    • CorianderFor garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl add potatoes, chickpeas, puffed rice, sev, peanuts, daal moong roasted, onion, tomato, date chatni, green chatni, tamarind chatni, lemon.
  • Mix and combine all the ingredients together.
  • Next, sprinkle a handful of Papdi on it add salt, chaat masala, chilli flakes, green chilli and sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnishing and mix well.
