Bhel puri is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, tart and spicy flavors, as well as a world of textures from the crispy puffed rice and crunchy fried sev.
In a bowl add potatoes, chickpeas, puffed rice, sev, peanuts, daal moong roasted, onion, tomato, date chatni, green chatni, tamarind chatni, lemon.
Mix and combine all the ingredients together.
Next, sprinkle a handful of Papdi on it add salt, chaat masala, chilli flakes, green chilli and sprinkle some coriander leaves for garnishing and mix well.
