When Noodle Bar Takes Over Food Tribune

Food Tribune is here to share their thoughts about a new startup restaurant in town known as Noodle Bar which is run by two best friends who are also culinary arts certified chefs, Dua Sajid and Hiba Arif. The two best friends took their passion to the next level while helping their families out in the best possible way.
They started Noodle Bar with the goal of introducing traditional khausey in Karachi, and later decided to add different noodle recipes in their menu. We are here to tell you the must-haves at Noodle Bar and why their food is to die for!

CHICKEN KHAUSEY:
Let’s start with the famous Chicken Khausey from where it all started; Noodle Bar’s khausey was full of flavor with the perfect amount of taste and good amount of meat, coconut curry and khausey condiments. It was enough to serve three people and was extremely hygienic too since it is made by the owners at home. However, unlike most khausey, the curry was relatively less spicy.
Overall, Food Tribune really liked Noodle Bar’s Chicken Khausey and would totally recommend it.

PIZZA PASTA:
This was one of the most enjoyed items by Food Tribune. It was the perfect blend of pizza and pasta with a good balance of cheese and spices. The penne was perfectly baked in a spicy red sauce with grilled chicken, mushrooms, olives and delicious herbs, topped with the right amount of cheese.

SAUCY BBQ RICE WITH NOODLES:
This is one of the innovative items by Noodle Bar as it has the perfect mix of noodles and rice. The dish included fried rice mixed with saucy noodles topped with barbecue chicken and a special creamy sauce. The variety of flavours blended perfectly well with each other, leaving a creamy and spicy texture to eat.

MIX CHOWMEIN:
If you are big fan of noodles and want to try something other than your traditional chowmein, we would totally recommend the mixed chowmein prepared by Noodle Bar. It has the right amount of spicy chicken, beef and grilled prawns with healthy vegetables all mixed together in special seasoning to make a delicious combination. Tasty, filling and definitely recommended!

Being a Pakistani, food has always been my comforter, be it me getting happy over a happy meal or my father asking me to go to school just to get sweets in return. Food is not just about eating, its a sentiment that connects people with each other. I started writing for Food Tribune because of my love for food.
