When one thinks of Lahore the mind immediately goes to heritage, culture and old architecture. The city is simply filled with it. However, that doesn’t mean we forget that the city has a very vibrant and happening social scene and amazing restaurants that come with it.

We’ve made a list of six such restaurants that you must try in Lahore!

Rina’s Kitchenette

What started off as a bakery is now a full-fledged, bustling restaurant that is incredibly popular with the city’s youth. With an Instagram worthy interior and delicious-beyond-measure fusion menu, Rina’s does not disappoint.

Sumo

This restaurant sits on top of everyone’s list. With absolutely delicious food, a beautiful interior and great service, Sumo is the one to beat. The Japanese inspired restaurant serves the best sushi in all of Lahore!

Sasha’s

This place serves a great all-rounder menu. Be it salads, breakfast or dinner, Sasha’s does it well! Not to mention, the general vibe of the place is any hipster’s dream, with constant live performances and so on, happening almost every weekend!

Veera5

Veera5 is all about the food and keeping it authentic. Offering a Thai menu that would literally transport you to the land itself, the place is a must vist. Book ahead of time though, since the smaller space does not allow for many walk-ins.

The Polo Lounge

This place ticks all the boxes. Amazing food, check. Nice interior, check. Great service, check. However, none of that matters because what makes this stand out, is the beautiful view of the polo grounds and therefore it had to be on our list.

Café Zouk

An oldy but goldy, Café Zouk has been around for quite some time and has remained consistently good. Despite being a small and intimate restaurant, it has a very extensive menu and does each item on the menu well! It really is a classic for a reason and one you must visit as soon as possible.
