If you are a fan of the all-time famous television sitcom, Friends, you must be fully aware of the fact that “Joey doesn’t share food.” Be it Joey cancelling his date with Sarah so that he don’t have to share his fries or him getting fit into Pheobe’s maternity clothes so that he can gulp the eighteen pound Turkey is what Joey’s food obsession is all about. The iconic character honestly is so relatable- I mean, who can say no to food? Joey’s food enthusiasm is a bit extreme, but we can let him off considering he is hungrier than us...  Joey has always been portrayed as a dissolute but a friendly nature middle aged man who has an overly obsession with food. 

Joey has always been real and true to himself in every situation, no matter how embarrassing it may be. He has always been all hearts when it comes to sharing food with his friends however; he did call off a date because he did not want to share food with a stranger. Joey has reflected his character as a happy individual whose life revolves around food.

Overall, Joey’s character is very basic and when it comes to being true to oneself, Joey is our guy. Here’s to Joey for pulling out such an amazing character that is equally comical and a food enthusiast. In the time where things are just not going right, be like Joey: Full of food, full of fun!
