Coffee is now playing a very important role in people’s lives; young or old. It may be for one’s taste or for someone to get through the rough work morning. Coffee is taking all over globe and is enjoyed by different people who have their favorite types based on preference.
There is no specific number to know how many types of coffees there are, but this article includes some of most famous ones enjoyed all around the world.
From Café Latte to Iced Coffee, there is a little something for everyone:

              
CAFÉ AMERICANO:
This is one of the most basic yet strongest to the taste, made with simple hot water and a shot of espresso. It is slightly bitter in taste and usually loved by American people. You can alter it to become slightly mild by adding cream to it. 

Fun fact: Café Americano became popular after the World Wars as American soldiers used to drink it during their battles.

 
CAFÉ LATTE:
Café Latte also known as, Café au Lait, is very popular among coffee drinkers. It is very frothy in texture made of steamed milk and a single shot of coffee. Most cafés around the globe serve this kind of coffee. 

 
CAPPUCIONO:
Possibly the most famous type of coffee in the world enjoyed by all, this type of coffee has three layers; first is the shot of espresso, second is steamed milk and finally a final layer of frothy (foamed) milk. It is sometimes also topped with chocolate shavings.
This kind of coffee is mostly taken by Italians in their breakfast.

 
ESPRESSO:
This is one of the most pure kinds of coffee made from ground coffee beans which is brewed in steamed boil water. It might consist of two simple ingredients, but one needs a different level of mastery to make a good brew espresso. Interestingly, espresso is not enjoyed by many due to its bitter taste. 

 
ICED COFFEE: 
This is one of the most famous forms of coffee that is enjoyed by the ones who are not a fan of hot drinks. It is made with cold milk, a shot of coffee, and just the right amount of ice. This type of coffee usually has sugar to make it a little sweeter. 

 
FLAT WHITE:
The two most famous Kiwi Coffees are Flat White and Long Black. These both originated from New Zealand and Australia and are famous among parents and grandparents. Flat White is made by pouring hot steamed milk which is rather creamy in texture over the shot of espresso.
This type of coffee will help you stay awake through your tiring days.

 
MACCHIATO:
Also known as Piccolo Latte, this one is quite comparable to Cappuccino. Macchiato is steaming milk poured over espresso directly inside the serving cup.  
The serving size of Macchiato is quite smaller than that of a Cappuccino.

These are some of the most famous coffee drinks a coffee lover must try out. Coffee might be a breakfast drink, but it is also enjoyed by people at all times of the day.
