With everything back in lock down all of us are surely feeling a little glum. Why not fix that with a little comfort food, such as some nice warm dumplings or a delicious noodle soup, maybe fancy it up a little with some sushi or go the classic Pad Thai route?

A cute and eccentric Japanese themed eatery in Khadda Market, Yoshi’s is one of the most fun places to dine in at. However, the food is so good that even if can’t sit inside, you must order in. Try their dumplings, as they are to die for!
Even if you haven’t heard of Wang Wang yet, we’re sure you’ve seen an Instagram story of a hotpot on literally all of your friends, family and acquaintances’ accounts. While the hype is real, it happens to be for good reason, since Wang Wang serves a mean hotpot!
Tao has been around for quite some time, and we have to say, while loads of new places have cropped up since no one does dynamite prawns quite like them! Just for that we recommend you check them out, and while you’re at it try any of their mains and you won’t be disappointed.
Another Japanese themed Asian restaurant, Miyako is a great place to get sushi and comfort food at great prices. The food there is delicious and won’t break the bank like some of the pricier restaurants on this list!
Every Karachiite has once (read far too many to count) times in their life been to Chop Chop Wok. Known for its “make your own wok” theme the eatery continues to be a favourite of the youth of the city for its large servings and reasonable prices. Fun fact, their Crispy California Roll sushi is actually one of the nicest in the city.
