It has to be an amazing comfort food because who doesn't like a good and cheesy pizza. If not homemade, then you can easily order it fresh and enjoy it with a cold beverage. Or you can also buy it frozen and toss it in the oven whenever you like. But if you want to make pizza at home, then you need 2 ½ cups of water, 1 tsp sugar, and 2 tsp of dry yeast for the dough. Mix the ingredients and wait for the yeast to bloom. Then in another bowl, add 7 cups of flour, 1 ½ tsp of salt, 6 tbsps of olive oil, and the yeast mixture. Now combine all the ingredients and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. Then place the dough in a greased bowl and leave it to rise for about an hour.

Then pour some prepared tomato sauce and spread it evenly. Then spread some shredded mozzarella as much as you like (the cheesier, the better!). You can add more ingredients as you desire. Then place the pizza in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes. Congratulations, you just made yourself an irresistible pizza!

Now for some amazing mashed potatoes, you need four boiled potatoes, peel them and mash them until there are no lumps left.
