Ingredients
Chicken boneless, cubes1 kilogram
Oil2 -3 tablespoons
Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon
Onion paste½ cup
White pepper½ teaspoon
Saltto taste
Ground black pepper½ teaspoon
Lemon juice1 teaspoon
Waterif needed
Cream1 cup
Cheddar cheese, cubed1 cup
Garam masala½ teaspoon
Green chilies, sliced2
Preparation
In small pot heat oil, butter, add chicken and cook until it is no longer pink.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste and stir.
Add white pepper, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix.
Add water, mix, cover the lid and simmer for 7 minutes.
Add cream, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Add cubed cheddar cheese, garam masala, sliced green chilies and a little water. Mix well.
