Beef qeema1 KG
Oil1 cup
Onion, sliced1
Ginger paste1 tablespoon
Garlic paste1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder1 tablespoon
Garam masala1 tablespoon
Turmeric1 teaspoon
Saltto taste
Tomato, julienne2-3
Wateras per need
Potato, cubed½ KG
Green chili, chopped4-5
Fresh coriander, chopped½ cup
Dry fenugreek1-2 tablespoons
Preparation
Heat oil in a medium pot over medium flame, fry onions until it is translucent
Add the ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, ground turmeric, salt and stir well.
Now add the julienne tomatoes, beef mince and mix well for a minute.
Then add the water and stir again.
Add the cubed potatoes, chopped coriander, chopped green chilies, dry fenugreek leaves, mix well and then cover the lid, simmer for 10-15 minutes until oil rises to the surface and then serve it with chapati.
