Ingredients
White kidney beans, soaked½ kilograms

Oil3 – 4 tablespoons
Onion, sliced1
Butter½ teaspoon
Garlic paste½ teaspoon
Ginger paste½ teaspoon
Tomato, diced1 – 2
Red chili powder1 teaspoon
Ground coriander½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder½ teaspoon
Saltto taste
Tamarind chutney1 tablespoon
Garam masala½ teaspoon
Green chili, chopped2 – 3
Fresh coriander, choppedfor garnish
Preparation
In a small pot heat water, add salt, soaked rajma bring it a boil until the lobia is cooked.
Heat oil in a small pot, add onion, butter and saute until light brown.
Add boiled lobia and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix.
Add water and stir.
Add diced tomatoes, red chili powder, ground coriander, turmeric, salt, and mix.
Add a little water, stir well, cover the lid and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add tamarind chutney, garam masala, chopped green chilies and mix well.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
