Oil3 – 4 tablespoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
Chicken700 grams
Cumin Seeds1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Yogurt½ Cup
Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Garam Masala1 teaspoon

Preparation
In a large pot add oil, chicken and mix well until chicken it tenders.
Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds and mix well.
Add coriander powder, chilli flakes, salt and stir.
Then add yogurt and stir. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala and mix well.
Add green chillies and let it simmer for 05 to 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes and stir. Squeeze a lemon and Garnish with coriander.
