    • Butter2 tablespoon
    • Oil2 tablespoon
    • Potatoes, boiled1 KG
    • Chili flakes½ tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Cumin powder1 teaspoon
    • Garam masala1 teaspoon
    • White pepper1 teaspoon
    • Garlic powder1 teaspoon
    • Tamarind chutney1 tablespoon
    • Lemon juice½ teaspoon
    • Coriander seeds, roasted and crushed1 teaspoon
    • Chat masala½ tablespoon
    • Aam choor powder1 teaspoon
    • Fresh coriander, choppedfor garnish


  • In a large pot, over medium heat, add butter, oil and sautee boiled potatoes.
  • Add red chili flakes, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, white pepper, garlic powder, tamarind chutney, lemon juice, crushed coriander seeds and mix well.
  • Add chaat masala, aam choor powder and stir well.
  • Add fresh chopped coriander and mix.
