Ingredients

    • Oil4-5 tablespoons
    • Onion2-3
    • Whole Red Chilli9-10
    • Tomatoes1-2
    • Chicken½ KG
    • Ginger Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
    • Yogurt1 cup
    • Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
    • Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
    • Salt1 teaspoon
    • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
    • Green chilies2-3
    • Garam Masala1 teaspoon
    • Fenugreek1 cup
    • Coriander½ bunch

Preparation

  • In a large pot heat some oil, add 2-3 sliced onions and fry till their brown.
  • Add whole red chili, chopped tomatoes and mix well for 5 minutes.
  • Add chicken, ginger garlic paste and mix well for 5 minutes.
  • Next add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, mix well and then let it simmer for 6-8 minutes.
  • Then green chilies, garam masala, fenugreek and stir well.
  • Add coriander for garnish and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
