Ingredients

    • Carrot, julienned1
    • Cucumber, julienned1
    • Onion, sliced1
    • Tomato, julienned1
    • Green chilies, sliced2
    • Lemon juice1 teaspoon
    • Black pepper1 teaspoon
    • Saltto taste

Preparation

  • Cut carrot into thin julienne.
  • Deseed the cucumber and cut into thin julienned.
  • Cut onion into thin slices.
  • Cut tomatoes into thin julienned.
  • Cut green chilies into thin slices.
  • Then, In a bowl combine carrot with green chilies, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
