Green chilies, sliced2
Lemon juice1 teaspoon
Black pepper1 teaspoon
Cut carrot into thin julienne.
Deseed the cucumber and cut into thin julienned.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Cut tomatoes into thin julienned.
Cut green chilies into thin slices.
Then, In a bowl combine carrot with green chilies, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
