Oil1 tablespoon
Onion, Chopped1 Medium
Ginger-Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Tomato, ChoppedHalf
Chicken, Mince500 grams
Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
Chicken Powder1 teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Garam Masala½ teaspoon
Samosa PattiAs required
All-Purpose Flour1 tablespoon
WaterAs required

Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add onion fry until translucent, add ginger, garlic & tomato.
Add the chicken till it changes color.
Add in chilli flakes, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chicken powder, salt and give it a mix. Then add garam masala and mix until its done.
Take the cooked chicken and samosa patti. Add in the filling and secure the pattis with water and all-purpose flour mixture.
Fry the samosas until golden brown.
