Take mayonnaise in a cup, add lemon juice and mix.
In a pan add milk, prepared sauce and mix.
Then add salt, black pepper, mozzarella cheese slices and mix well.
Then add chopped coriander and mix well. Keep it aside for later use.
In a mixing bowl add chicken, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, vinegar, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, coriander, green chillies, white pepper, all-purpose flour, beaten eggs and mix well.
Roll bread crumbs over the chicken pieces and set aside in a tray.
Deep fry the chicken pieces until the color turns brown. Take them out on a tissue paper when they are fried.
