Chicken Hot Shots


Golden brown chicken marinated in spices and paired with delicious cheese sauce. Crispy and crunchy, serves best as an appetizer.

    • Mayonnaise1 cup
    • Lemon juice2 tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Milk2 tablespoon
    • Mozzarella Cheese2 strips
    • Coriander, chopped1 tablespoon
    • Chicken, Boneless1 KG
    • Red Chilli Powder1 tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Red chili flakes1 tablespoon
    • Vinegar1 tablespoon
    • Chilli Garlic Sauce1 tablespoon
    • Oyster sauce1 tablespoon
    • Coriander, chopped1 tablespoon
    • Green chilies chopped1 tablespoon
    • White pepper1 tablespoon
    • All-purpose flour2 cup
    • Egg, Beaten2
    • Bread crumbsAs required
    • Cooking oilfor deep fry


  • Take mayonnaise in a cup, add lemon juice and mix.
  • In a pan add milk, prepared sauce and mix.
  • Then add salt, black pepper, mozzarella cheese slices and mix well.
  • Then add chopped coriander and mix well. Keep it aside for later use.
  • In a mixing bowl add chicken, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, vinegar, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, coriander, green chillies, white pepper, all-purpose flour, beaten eggs and mix well.
  • Roll bread crumbs over the chicken pieces and set aside in a tray.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces until the color turns brown. Take them out on a tissue paper when they are fried.
