This is everyone’s favorite finger food that is crispy from the outside, juicy from the inside and tossed in the spiciest buffalo sauce. It is served with a delectable ranch sauce; a delicious side dip that goes with it well. It can be served as an appetizer at family gatherings or at weekend movie night along with burgers and chips.

Ingredients

    • Wings, cleaned and pat dry1 kilogram
    • Corn flour½ cup
    • All-purpose flour1 cup
    • Paprika1 tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Onion powder1 tablespoon
    • Ground black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Garlic powder1 tablespoon
    • Wateras per needed
    • Oilfor deep frying
    • Milk1 cup
    • White vinegar2 tablespoons
    • Cream½ cup
    • Lemon juice2 tablespoons
    • Mayonnaise1 cup
    • Ground black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Garlic powder1 tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Sour cream1 cup
    • Buttermilk1 cup
    • Parsley, chopped1 – 2 tablespoons
    • Potato, wedges3 – 4
    • Ground black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Saltto taste
    • Butter2 – 3 tablespoons
    • Chilli sauce½ cup
    • Ground black pepper1 tablespoon
    • Garlic powder½ tablespoon

Preparation

  • Mix chicken wings with half cup of corn flour in a bowl until fully coated, let it rest, and dry for 10 minutes.
  • For buttermilk: combine milk with vinegar, stir, and let it rest for 8 minutes.
  • For sour cream: combine milk with lemon juice, stir, and let it rest for 8 minutes.
  • For ranch sauce: in a bowl combine mayonnaise, ground black pepper, chilli garlic powder, salt, sour cream, buttermilk, and parsley. Mix well.
  • Mix all-purpose flour with paprika, salt, onion powder, ground black pepper, and chilli garlic powder in a bowl, add water, and whisk into a batter.
  • Coat wings with the batter. Heat oil in a deep pot and fry the coated wings until golden brown.
  • For potato wedges: add salt and ground black pepper to the potato wedges and mix until well coated.
  • Heat oil in a deep pot and fry potatoes until crispy and golden brown.
  • Heat butter in a medium-sized pot, add chilli sauce, and stir well.
  • Now add ground black pepper, salt, and chilli garlic powder. Stir.
  • Toss in the cooked wings and mix until well coated.
