Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
Corn Flour Mixture2-3 tablespoons
Condensed Milk3 - 4 tablespoons
Cream2 - 3 tablespoons
In a large pot, add milk, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk well for 10 minutes.
Add corn flour mixture, stir. Add condensed milk, cream and whisk well for 5 minutes, then keep it aside.
Take a slice of bread and cut the sides off. Cut it into triangular pieces.
Now fry these slices in pre-heated oil.
Top with creamy mixture on it. Garnish with pistachio nuts.
