Chickpea Salad

    • Cabbage½
    • Carrots2, Julienne
    • Onions, Medium2
    • Cucumbers2
    • Tomato1, Julienne
    • Mayonnaise1 cup
    • Chickpeas, Boiled1 cup
    • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
    • Oil2 tablespoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black Pepper1 teaspoon
    • Mustard Paste1 teaspoon
    • Olive Oil1 teaspoon
    • CorianderFor garnish


  • Take all the vegetables, cut them into small proportions and keep them aside for mixing.
  • In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, chopped cabbage, boiled chickpeas, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, julienned tomato, mustard paste and mix well.
  • Then add olive oil and mix well.
  • Take it out on a plate and garnish with coriander.
